Privacy policy

This app is an internal tool built for SERVPRO Team Shaw and operated by PlanetAccess. It is not offered to the public.

What it accesses. With an administrator's approval, it reads and updates accounting records in SERVPRO Team Shaw's own QuickBooks companies (such as invoices, customers, classes and products/services) to check them against the company's job records.

How data is handled. QuickBooks access tokens are stored encrypted on a server operated by PlanetAccess. Data is used only for SERVPRO Team Shaw's own operations and is not sold or shared with third parties.

Disconnecting. An administrator can disconnect the app at any time from QuickBooks (Settings → Apps), which revokes its access.
